plot twist: your crush likes you too
MLP toys will be returning to fast food in America, with Rainbow Power pony toys. They’ll be at participating McDonalds from late March to late April, though they’ll probably run out much quicker than that.
8 characters have rainbow power designs on them and will come with stickers for further customization instead of a comb.
Interestingly, the Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy toys look almost exactly like the 2011 McDonald’s toys but with different paint jobs and hair in their tails.
One toy will be included in a happy meal if you ask for the “girl” option, or you can buy the figures separately for about $1 a piece. Normally a box of 2 characters will be shipped to stores each week, but next wave’s will come in if the previous toys run out.
Oh man, that’s soon! A lot of them are similar but I particularly want Luna, Whitelestia, and DJ. Season 1 Luna’s color scheme is so pretty and I think this is the first accurate toy of her they’ve released. Which is pretty sad.

scott mcneil was also in the barbie movies, so, you know. (he was also in the transformers cartoons, hence why I know of him)
yeah he was. he’s a good voice actor. i wanna meet him one day. cause… duo maxwell… i mean
favourite anime character ever -pets his face.-
oh let me explain for those that are like “what does owning cds have to do with monsters and a game?”
in monster rancher, you could summon monsters from CDs and games you owned. so you’d go to a shrine, it would ask you to remove the monster rancher game disc and insert the CD. it would scan it and then ask you to replace the monster rancher game. then it would show you what kind of monster you had.
there was an anime or something made for the game, which was actually really good, but IDK if it holds up. but i know scott mcneil played the voice of suezo and he was duo maxwell and kouga so… it has to kinda be okay.
man. so. i just like had a moment where i was super bummed its the future. because i want to buy Monster Rancher for the PS1. it was an awesome game, but the the sad thing is, you can’t get all the rare monsters without owning the CDs/games they are summoned from. and some of those CDs and games (two of them are very specific demo discs from magazines) (i do own two of the rare monster CDs (Yourself or Something Like You by Matchbox 20 (one of the first CDs i ever owned) and Middle of Nowhere by Hanson (the first CD i ever owned.)
i also have no idea what newer CDs would summon, because it would be interesting what you could get from a CD that was released 15 years after the game was released.
maybe i should still buy it, for nostalgia’s sake, it was a really good breeding/training/battling game.
